Who we are

This website is operated by SEBASTIAN FOREST S.R.L., which runs the Doar Lemn furniture workshop in Răchitova. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Catalogue and photographs

The content of this site is provided for general information and is not a binding offer. The pieces in the catalogue are delivered work, shown as examples. Wood is a natural material: colour, grain and knots differ from piece to piece and from the photographs.

Orders, prices and withdrawal

Orders are placed by WhatsApp or phone. Price, dimensions, species, finish, lead time, deposit and delivery terms are agreed in writing for each order before work begins. The site does not sell online: it has no cart and takes no payments.

Pieces are made to the customer's specifications. Under art. 16 c) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. The legal guarantee of conformity still applies.

Intellectual property

All text, photographs, logos and design elements on this site are owned by Doar Lemn or used with the permission of their owners (the metal table leg photographs come from the suppliers' catalogues). You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Third-party links

The site may link to external websites (for example, Google Maps, WhatsApp or social networks). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them. For complaints, consumers can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
